Intermark Co., Ltd. recognizes that ensuring information security is a critical management issue given the nature of our business activities and services provided. We believe that implementing appropriate security measures to protect information assets entrusted by our customers, collected through our operations, and handled by our group is indispensable for realizing information asset protection.

Therefore, our group establishes and operates an Information Security Management System to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of various information assets handled in our operations, striving to prevent security incidents such as information leakage or tampering.

To achieve this objective, we have established the following "Information Security Action Guidelines" and will implement them accordingly.

1. To achieve the establishment and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System, our group will identify information assets, assess associated risks, and implement appropriate measures.

2. Our group will clearly define roles and responsibilities regarding information security and manage information assets appropriately.

3. To maintain awareness of information security and foster responsibility, our group will conduct educational and awareness activities for executives, employees, and all individuals involved in our group's operations.

4. We will monitor and record the implementation of the Information Security Management System, enhance operational reliability, and strive for continuous improvement through goal setting, achievement assessment, regular internal audits, and management reviews regarding information security.

5. In the event of any information security issues, our group will promptly investigate the causes, minimize damages, and endeavor to ensure business continuity.

6. We will comply with laws, regulations, and other societal norms concerning information assets and their handling.
